Please Note: Our return policy is as follows: You must get authorization from us to
return any items you have bought within seven days of you receiving the order. If the
packaging is opened, or no longer in good condition, no return credit will be issued as
the merchandise is no longer able to be sold . If a kit is missing a part or parts, we
will contact the Manufacturer and have the part[s] sent directly to you. If the
manufacturer requests direct contact with you, we will give you the contact information.
PLEASE check to see if your order has correct item numbers! If the error is your fault,
there will be a 25% re-stocking fee. We do not credit the cost of postage to send
the merchandise nor the postage to return it to us. If the error is our fault, we will
make EVER EFFORT to make it right for you! Visa/MC and Money Order credits will be
issued when the merchandise is returned to us. Returns will be paid by check, even though
you may have paid with a credit card. Check credits will be issued 3 weeks after date of
deposit.
